真正的五軸加工中心具備刀點跟隨功能,可以在不改(gai)變(bian)任(ren)何參數的情(qing)況下,確(que)保刀具的切削點和(he)零件表(biao)面接觸,避免造成切削陷坑。整(zheng)個路徑運(yun)動(dong)過(guo)程(cheng)中可對(dui)刀具方向進行優化(hua),同時進行刀具直線(xian)運(yun)動(dong)。這樣,在整(zheng)個路徑上都可保持(chi)最(zui)佳切削狀態。
